Representatives from partner schools from Turkey, Lithuania and Croatia spent a few busy days at Primary School No. 11 in Starachowice. The days of October 16-20, 2023 were filled with intensive work on the subject of the project and planning joint activities. However, our guests also had the opportunity to see some interesting places in our town, region and country. In Starachowice, we visited the revitalized parts of the city: the Town Park, the Pasternik Reservoir and the Lubianka Reservoir. In addition, we visited the Chęciny Castle, learning about the history of the voivodeship and legends related to our region. Our guests also visited Krakow, learning in detail about the history of Wawel Castle and spending time on the Old Town Square. We were in Warsaw on the occasion of the arrivals and departures of our guests, reserving a few moments to visit the old town and the most beautiful places in the capital. We look forward to the next meetings of our partner group.

The first visit under the Erasmus+ project, which took place at Primary School No. 11 in Starachowice, ended on October 20, 2023. Last week was a time of hard work both for the representatives of partner schools from Turkey, Lithuania and Croatia, as well as for the organizers from Primary School No. 11 in Starachowice. The partner group discussed many strategic elements of the project and planned activities for the coming months. Excellent communication and friendly bond between all the teachers working on the project turned out to be very important. A good atmosphere during the implementation of tasks will certainly translate into a positive effect of joint activities.

As part of the summaries, Mr. Krzysztof Rokita, the headmaster, and Mrs. Agnieszka Pachocka, the deputy headmistress, thanked all those involved in the preparation of the visit and handed out certificates of participation to the guests and teachers of Primary School No. 11. The guests also received commemorative gifts promoting the Świętokrzyskie region.
